Perfect stay! Loved the self check-in service and we were able to check-in early. Everything was of a high quality and clean. Comfortable bed and good amenities. Nayem was very helpful with a quick response time. Couldn’t think of a better location! Just a short walk into town passed some beautifully quirky shops and cafes. We would return again.

We stayed at Nayem’s place for just one night and that was amazing. The room is clean and very comfortable. Bathroom is also very clean. Love the bathroom so much. Nayem also gave us some place recommendation. We have tried Bettys and thats very nice place. Overall is a good opportunity to stay at your place. I had booked to go to York for my partners birthday and when this place came up on Air BNB, I just knew it had to be there. The room was lovely, conveniently placed with a short walk into town. The room was presented very well with lots of little touches which made it so special. Nayem as a host was fantastic, every response we received was almost instantaneous and he always bent over backwards to ensure we had a great stay. Nayem, thank you once again – you have definitely set the bar high

Our time at Nayem’s place was excellent! The room was stunning with great amenities and easy access, but extremely secure! The location was not central, but certainly not an inconvenience, a 10 minute walk at most to the minster or a couple of pound for an Uber. I cannot recommend Nayem and his place highly enough.

Nayem’s place is an absolutely perfect spot if you’re staying in York. It is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and an easy walk into the town centre. The room itself has everything you need and has been recently refurbished, with a comfy bed and lovely big shower. Nayem is the best host, we were greeted by him on arrival and he helped us with a permit for our car. We knew that if we needed anything we could just ask and he’d happily help. Overall we’d definitely recommend this place, we didn’t want to leave!

It was such a lovely place. Tastefully done up, it has modern furnishings like the Grohe rain shower system, high sink, suspended toilet bowl, built in wooden furniture and an awfully comfortable mattress. The coffee machine and selection of beverages were a nice touch. The kids were delighted to be able to watch Netflix and wished that they could stay for another night in the beautiful home. Communication was friendly, prompt and impeccable. The hosts showed a personal and humourous touch through the writings they compiled in one file, complete with recommendation of good attractions and eateries to visit. We will definitely stay here if we come to York again. Happy birthday in advance to your little one!

I have never had such a great experience with an air bnb host before than I did here. They are incredible, friendly and helpful! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home. On top of all of that everything with the room and location was great as well. The walk into the City Centre isn’t more than 15 mins if you’re walking slowly. I had an incredible experience staying here!

Totally recommend it. Very clean, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in, new, modern, communication was excellent, book with local tips…I’d stay there again, no doubt about it!

So much better than we had anticipated it exceeded all expectation! Would recommend to anyone coming to York! Walking distance from a the sights and the room is so lovely you will even enjoy a night in!

This accommodation definitely lived up to expectations! In fact it exceeded them. Check in was easy! Nayem as a host is absolutely fantastic. He sent me a step-by-step guide of how to check myself in. The room it’s self was gorgeous! The furniture is brand new and the whole room was absolutely immaculate!! The bathroom was posh and smart, very pleasing to the eye.

Such an awesome place to stay. Very modern, quick response time and great communication. Very close to town but just far enough out to be nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again!
